a year agoI got in contact with Gabriel when I was at an extreme low point in my life. I have worked in the mental health field and felt pretty unable to make changes that I needed to, and like I couldn’t change because I knew it all. Gabriel supported and challenged me through an 8 week journey that was simple, yet super effective. He came prepared to our sessions and always provided additional resources and guidance when asked. Def learned some tools that I will be (hopefully) using for the rest of my life. Would recommend Gabriel to anyone that’s ready to take ownership of their life, and put in the work they need to.
